Feeds can be expanded to show more details and options
In feed settings you can change the URL and title for now

Next, I have to investigate an issue with long entry lists: after marking entries as read after position 100, the list widget starts “scrolling up”. It looks like a bug in the used library and I need to either implement a workaround or create my own list widget.
